What is an eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card built into your device. It lets you activate a mobile plan without a physical SIM card.

Is my device compatible?

Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, and many more. Check your device settings under 'Mobile Data' or 'SIM Card'.

How do I activate my eSIM?

After purchase, you'll receive a QR code by email. Simply scan it in your device's settings and your eSIM will be activated instantly.

Can I use my eSIM in multiple countries?

Yes! Our Europe plans cover 30+ countries. Our Global plans work across both Europe and the USA with shared data.

Does my plan include calls and SMS?

Our plans are data-only. For calls and SMS, you can use apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, or iMessage over your data connection.

What happens when I run out of data?

Your data will stop. You can purchase a new plan anytime from our store.

Can I keep my regular SIM?

Absolutely. Your eSIM works alongside your regular SIM. You can use both at the same time.

Do plans auto-renew?

No. All plans are one-time purchases. You choose when to buy a new plan.
